1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hdk88 platform — including but not limited to the website at hdk88.io, any associated mobile-optimised interface, sports betting services, live casino games, slot games, and virtual sports — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) hdk88 account. 4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your hdk88 account credentials at all times. hdk88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your username, password, or any authentication codes associated with your account.

You must not disclose your password to any third party. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact hdk88 support at [email protected] without delay. All activity conducted through your account prior to notification of a breach will be considered your responsibility.

hdk88 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS verification as an additional layer of account security. 5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hdk88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hdk88 does not apply currency conversion charges to BDT-denominated deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the hdk88 platform:

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on hdk88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bet. General betting rules that apply to all sports markets on hdk88 include the following:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by hdk88. Odds may change between the time you select a bet and the time the bet is submitted; the confirmed odds at submission time will apply.
• hdk88 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that would result in exposure exceeding hdk88's stated market limits.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and platform availability. hdk88 will not be liable for bets lost or not placed due to connectivity issues outside its direct control.
• Bets on events that have already commenced or concluded before the bet is placed will be void and stakes returned, unless the relevant market explicitly permits in-running betting.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with hdk88's specific sport rules as published in the platform's help section.
• hdk88 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, manipulation of the relevant event, or use of privileged non-public information in placing the bet.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply and are published in the sports betting section. Winnings in excess of stated limits will be capped at the published maximum.

Cricket betting on hdk88 covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. 7 Casino and Game Rules

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one hdk88 account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with games, or exploit promotional offers.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the hdk88 platform — including but not limited to the hdk88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text content, promotional materials, data feeds, and software — is the intellectual property of hdk88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hdk88 platform for your own personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content from the hdk88 platform without the prior written consent of hdk88.

The hdk88 trademark and brand identity are the exclusive property of hdk88. Unauthorised use of the hdk88 brand, logo, or any confusingly similar mark is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or mobile financial service operators.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits hdk88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. hdk88's total liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hdk88 account in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

14 Amendments to Terms

15 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. English is the sole governing language of this agreement. In the event that these Terms & Conditions are translated into any other language for informational purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of conflict, ambiguity, or discrepancy between the English text and any translated version.
